Environmental Health local exposures vs. local disease (crowd source entry) Exposures /risk sites - Real time Analytics to help identify any health trends regionally, then beyond and to help identify any potential correlation

Many people get sick, and underlying causes are never found.  One area of emerging concern and potential risk to health of all, includes Environmental Health Risk Exposures. We need real time GIS exposure data (Air quality, Water Quality, Industrial chemical use, fertilizer types/use, soil quality) Pollutants, Indoor/ Outdoor, etc) for neighborhoods to crowd source entry of Individual Health Logging (Block level GIS (at minimum Endocrinology diagnoses/Cancer/Hospitalizations, etc) vs
Environmental Health Exposures GIS /risk sites -
Real time Analytics to help identify any health
trends regionally, then beyond and to help identify potential Exposures and potential relationship to ilness/diseaseconnect

I think this idea, or some variant of it, would be really wonderful. (Or really, any intervention to make environmental health data more accessible.) I'd be happy to contribute my minimal but growing spatial data analysis skills to this project if it would help.
