Mapping Noise & Light Pollution

The Twin Cities metro area provides many amenities, but they often come at the cost of peace and quiet. Pockets of serenity do exist, but they're few and far between. A heat map that demonstrated the relative ambient and peak noise levels depending on: proximity to road, vehicle speed, vehicle density, flight paths, proximity to train tracks, all according to time-of-day and day-of-week would help people more easily escape the commotion of life in the big city.
